The Kenten is Calgary’s newest Luxury Condo development, offering eight stories and 50 luxury condos, most with 70-foot frontages. The existing building located in the heart of Kensington is currently known as Kensington Gate. However, the developer, Sable Group, is looking to refurbish and transform this existing building into a luxury treasure for buyers.
Condo sizes will range from 1100 square feet to 4700 square feet, each with magnificent views, floor to ceiling glass walls and most with views of Bow River and the city’s skyline. The developer calls these “bungalows in the sky”.
Motus Consult will be the lead consultant for both structural and enclosure engineering on the building.
